Scott Wasner is a Real Estate Broker and Founding Director with Realogics Sotheby's International Realty, based in Seattle, Washington.

Scott's real estate career has been founded on 20+ years of exceptional customer service, project management, marketing, and sales negotiation skills.

In addition to his Director role within Realogics Sotheby's International Realty Scott also recently served as the Director of Private Residences at the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle, where he oversaw the sales and marketing of the remaining inventory of homes, which represented $40,000,000.00 in luxury real estate.  This is where one of Scott's most notable transactions was recently ranked as the largest overall sale and largest condominium sale in the Greater Seattle Area.

Prior to launching his career in real estate, Scott held senior-level positions in sales and marketing management within the high-end sector of the travel industry; which allowed him to travel extensively throughout more than 37 countries. Working within this arena helped confirm what he had always believed is paramount in a successful client relationship: customer anticipation. He believes that success in sales is only reached by anticipating the needs of the clients.

All this has prepared Scott for the challenging yet exciting world of high-end real estate.

On a more personal note, Scott is an active supporter of various social and business committees and memberships within the Washington Athletic Club, Rainier Club, Museum of Flight, Seattle Art Museum and Evergreen Golden Retriever Rescue. He resides in Seattle with his wife and their two Golden Retrievers.
